MISSION
To plan, formulate and manage industrial and business policies and strategic industry directions in coordination and collaboration with departments and divisions under Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources to achieve economic diversification
STRATEGIC GOAL
- Manage the formulation and implementation of policies, regulations and guidelines to provide a conducive environment for the growth and sustainability of globally competitive and export –oriented industries, trade and innovative entrepreneurs
- Ascertain that sectoral industry plans, programs and projects are integrated, complementary and aligned towards achieving the strategic goals of the Ministry
- Enhance the timely implementation of approved policies, plans, programs and projects by various departments and divisions within the Ministry

- Planning and Formulating Industrial Policies and Strategic Directions for Developing Globally Competitive and Export-Oriented Industries
- Monitoring and Evaluating the implementation of National Development Projects and Special Programs
- Management of Databases on Primary Resources, Manufacturing and Tourism Industries, Business, Trade and Investment
